Glad you found your way here.
Medicare is genuinely complicated — and the mail you're already getting (or about to start getting) probably doesn't make it any easier. The phone calls are no better; they work hand in hand with the mail, adding noise and confusion. To cut through all that, I built this little corner of the internet to be different. No logins, no email capture, no follow-up unless you ask.
You can read everything here on your own time, in any order, without ever picking up the phone. Or, when you're ready, we can talk. Both options are below.
There are two ways to use this page — pick whichever fits where you are right now:
1
Explore on your own. Four short guides below. Use them in any order, take your time.
2
Just talk it through. Text, call, or set up a sit-down. No cost, no pressure, no catch.
Track 1 — Resources you can use anytime
Each guide is a single page — no scrolling forever, no chasing links. Most take 5–10 minutes. Start anywhere; they don't have to be read in order.

Before you decide
Curious who's been calling you?
Medicare reps come in three flavors — call centers, captive agents, and independents. They sound similar on the phone, but they work very differently. Here's how to tell who you're actually talking to, in plain English.

Track 2 — When you'd rather just talk
Reading is great. Talking is faster. If you'd rather skip the guides and just have a conversation, that's exactly what I'm here for.
Let's sit down and walk through it
I'll answer your questions, look at your situation, and explain your options — at no cost and no obligation. In person, over the phone, or by text. Whatever's easiest for you.

Before you decide — what to expect from me
How I work, on purpose
I think being clear about this upfront makes everything easier. Here's the whole story:
🤝
My consultations are always no-cost
There is no charge for my time — ever. I'm paid by the insurance carrier if you eventually choose a plan, not by you. That doesn't change the recommendations I make.
📋
No pressure, no scripts
I'm not a call center. I won't use urgency tactics, scare you about deadlines that don't apply to you, or push you toward any specific carrier.
📞
If we connect, I may follow up
A friendly call or text to check in — never more than that. If you tell me you'd rather not hear from me again, that's the end of it. No follow-up, no "are you sure?"
🔒
What I will never do
Pretend to be from the government. Ask for personal information you haven't offered. Sell or share your details. Show up at your door uninvited more than once — if you weren't home, the card I left is the whole visit. The next move is yours.
And if this just isn't for you
That's a complete sentence — no explanation needed. If we've spoken or texted and you'd rather we didn't again, just text STOP to (941) 312-1278 and that's the end of it. No follow-up, no "are you sure?" I'd rather you have your peace of mind than feel hounded.
